Shinrin-yoku a.k.a. Forest Bathing

  Shinrin‑yoku — or Forest Bathing — is all about giving yourself permission to slow down and let nature support you. Inspired by a Japanese wellness tradition, this practice helps you reconnect with the forest in a gentle, meaningful way.

On a Nature Therapy walk, you’ll be guided through simple sensory invitations that encourage curiosity and calm. There’s no pressure to feel anything specific — just an opportunity to notice what’s around you and what’s within you.

These relaxed walks are usually one to two kilometres and welcome everybody. Many people leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more connected to themselves and the world.
